Hey Thespians!

International Festival seems like it was so long ago, however, the memories are still vivid in my mind! I'm so stoked to be serving as your ITO Region I Rep, and I know this year will be spectacular. I completely admire everyone I'm serving with, and as a team, I see the potential we have to achieve great accomplishments.

As for my personal life, here it goes. Ever since festival, I've been keeping myself busy. Perhaps a week after International, I went to Arizona's leadership camp. Four days at Camp Shadow Pines in Heber, Arizona with some incredible AZ Thespians was a blast. It was great getting to know a good chunk of the thespians within my state, and getting to meet with them personally. Shortly following camp, I had to prepare for my senior year of high school. Serving in Student Council took up a good amount of time prior to the start of school, since we were planning activities for the first week of school. Marching Band rehearsals are also in full swing for me. I'm now entering the conclusion of my second week of high school, and it seems like it is off to a pretty good start. Also, this week I was cast in my school's Fall mainstage, "The Odd Couple", which I'm very excited about. Today was actually my first rehearsal!

Sorry I had to cut this blog short, but feel free to talk to me when you have the opportunity. My door is always open for YOU :)

Love,
CJ Karl
