Hello everyone! I am very sad to say that this is my last blog as an ITO. It's crazy how fast this year has gone by. After traveling to six states around the country, I can't tell you how excited I am to see everyone at Festival! I want to thank all the Thespians in Michigan, Connecticut, Maryland, Kansas, Indiana, and New Jersey for being such wonderful hosts to me throughout the year.

This is as close as it gets guys. International Thespian Festival is just around the corner, and I can't stop thinking about all of the fun things that will be happening. After teaching the abbreviated version of the ITO leadership workshop multiple times around the country, I am really looking forward to presenting the full version to the leadership students at Festival. Hopefully you or someone you know will be taking the leadership workshop.

Who is looking forward to the Festival dances? The themes are great this year. The ITO decided on them in New York. I know everyone will be getting really into the themes, so you should too! I'm also looking forward to seeing some great shows. There is going to be a wide variety of musicals, plays, freestyle theatre, chapter select, and more! Festival is less than a week away. I can't wait to meet you, and I truly mean that so please introduce yourself to me as well as the other ITO. My advice for you before Festival is to take advantage of every opportunity that you can. See shows. Go to workshops. Meet as many people as you can, and request them on facebook and keep in touch. International Thespian Festival is one of the greatest ways to make friends from around the world who share your love of theatre. Oh, and make sure you get sleep!
