My Dear Thespians,

ITF IS ALMOST HERE!

Honestly, I can’t believe that time as flown this fast. It seems like just yesterday I was getting back from the 2010 Festival. I wish time would speed up super fast and then once June 21 first gets here, slow waayyy down. BUT that can’t happen, so we’ll have to make the most of every moment we have in Lincoln!

The shows this year sound AMAZING. I’ve only seen four of them on stage before, so I’m super excited to experience some of them for the first time and revisit the ones that I have seen before.

And the dances! I hope you all have your costumes ready! Check out the Festival section of our website if you aren’t sure of this year’s themes.

During Festival, please, please, please stop by the ITO Auction!! We will be auctioning off some pretty cool stuff. All of the proceeds go directly to fund future generations of ITO, so it’s definitely for a good cause! Also, be sure to stop by the ITO table and say hello to the six of us.

Before I go, however, I want to say that this has been one of the most amazing years of my life. Getting to know Thespians from all over the world. Traveling to New York, Cincinnati, Columbus, Minnesota, Virginia, and, of course, Lincoln, Nebraska. Working hard and having a blast with the other members of the ITO. I will remember these experiences for the rest of my life and want to thank EACH of you for making this possible and for being so amazing, accepting, fun, and caring. I am truly proud to be a part of this Society and call myself a Thespian.
